The visit takes place against the backdrop of blossoming cordial and warm billateral relations between Kenya and Hellas. This mission is, indeed, a historical event as the \u201ccradle of mankind\u201d will, for the first time, \u00a0meet the \u201ccradle of culture\u201d in a dialectic relationship of business and investment exchanges and in a field of knowlegde and \u00a0cultural exchange experiences.<\/p>\n<p>The Kenyan economy, largely driven by the engagement of the private sector, has been resilient, managing to withstand the global economic recession, registering an average Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth rate of 5.1% from the year 2010-2012. Kenya country has many investment and business opportunities to offer in various sectors: Infrastructure &amp; Real Estate, Mining, Education, Tourism &amp; Culture. Others are Agriculture, Industrial and Medical Equipment.<\/p>\n<p>The intended visit to Kenya comes at an opportune time when the global economy is rebounding and Africa promoting economic integration. Kenya, as a key member of East African Community, which is a fast growing market of over 130 million consumers, is endowed with abudant opportunities for Hellenic business persons.
