Our\u00a0method can be applied on any type of\u00a0chemistry analyzers and permits fast\u00a0and economical testing of a variety of\u00a0specific proteins.<\/p>\n<p>Our applications lab is equipped with\u00a0many modern types of analyzers from\u00a0many manufacturers and undertakes\u00a0to apply our products on these\u00a0systems.<\/p>\n<p>By developing remanufacturing\u00a0technology we have on one hand\u00a0ensured availability of instruments at\u00a0very low costs on the other we export\u00a0these systems to the US, where they\u00a0are accepted as high-value items, due\u00a0to the excellent work we do.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our diagnostic lab\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We have started offering diagnostic\u00a0services to patients as part of our\u00a0commitment to the community.<\/p>\n<p>Our lab is equipped with state-of-the\u00a0art automated analytical equipment\u00a0from our refurbishment plant, it is\u00a0staffed by the best of our scientific\u00a0personnel and operates as an\u00a0independent department.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Brief History<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medicon Hellas Ltd was established in Athens in 1978.<\/li>\n<li>Medilab Ltd, our R&amp;D lab, was established in 1982 to develop diagnostic reagents for clinical chemistry and hematology.<\/li>\n<li>Medicon Hellas SA consolidated all activities under one roof in 1986, absorbing the previous entities.<\/li>\n<li>We moved to our own facility at Gerakas, Attiki, in 1997 that is now occupying ~7000 m2.<\/li>\n<li>Medicon was listed in the Athens Stock Exchange in 2001.<\/li>\n<li>OEM (bulk) sales of turbidimetric reagents started in 2003.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Our products\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong>Our current products list reflects\u00a0testing requirements of the Hellenic market and several export items.
