Salakos Fresh Company was founded in 1991. For the last two years has been located in Glyka Nera in Eastern Athens. The pastry workshop and retail shop is equipped with ultramodern machinery and utensils complying with the rules of the European Union.
For 22 years it has been producing exceptional traditional classic Hellenic pastries as well as innovative creations of modern French pastries after collaborating with distinguished pastry chefs.
